To take advantage of this, we adapted to meet our customers’ changing needs by providing both a click and collect plus a home delivery service. This has proved particularly popular with parents and grandparents wanting to make their loved ones feel special.
‘Facebook and Instagram have been an essential path to stay in contact with our followers. Many families used interactive Zoom parties for socialising at comedy quizzes, birthday celebrations, gender reveals as well as baby showers and found inspiration to set the atmosphere from our ever- increasing range of balloon creations and posts.’
The newly re-opened retail store has been adapted as well. The interior accommodates all essential social distancing whilst making a stronger feature of their balloons, decor and comedy card ranges to fill the towns needs as other national brands falter. The exterior is also showing off some bright new colours which add a breath of fresh air and delight your eyes as you turn off the high street and stroll towards it.
