This balloon present has been created with a bubble balloon with a personnel message with your child’s/children’s name printed on the balloon and a 

naughty elf (not included) holding the balloon with a weight. The set includes:

• Transparent bubble balloon with a personnel message
• filled balloon with Christmas coloured mini balloons inside
• four mini balloons as a collar around the neck
• a decorative tinsel weight. 

This Balloon Display Can Be Made Up To Your Colours and Height Choice,  the balloon float time is at least a week.
